On the north side of the Greeway at the Belmont Ridge exit is Goose Creek Village. This community is already well underway with homes already built and stores and shops already open for business. When complete this will be a mixed use, walkable community. The homes will be townhouses and condos built by Centex. There will be approximately 700 homes, 180,000 square feet of retail and 800,000 square feet of office space.
